Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play) are subject to those platforms' payment terms and refund policies in addition to these Terms.
Authorized resellers may create and manage VPN accounts on behalf of their end customers using F-VPN's reseller panel or API. Resellers agree to:
F-VPN reserves the right to revoke reseller access for any violation of these Terms or the reseller agreement.
The Service and all materials within it — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to F-VPN LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized in these Terms, you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any F-VPN materials.
The Service may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. F-VPN does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
F-VPN may, in its sole discretion and without penalty, terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that F-VPN believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, F-VPN, third parties, or the Service.
